At KitchenSupply Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Securely place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
